We provide comprehensive care including primary care for all ages (pediatrics, geriatrics, women’s health), walk-in visits, occupational medicine, lab/imaging services (on-site X‑ray, ultrasound), medical cannabis evaluations, and pre-employment/corporate physicals

What are your hours of operation?

Hobbs

Mon–Fri: 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
Sat: 11 a.m.–5 p.m.
Sun: 11 a.m.–3 p.m.

Carlsbad

Walk-ins M–F: 8 a.m.–4 p.m.

Do you accept walk-in patients?

Yes—walk-in visits are welcome at both locations. Scheduled appointments are also available for certain providers.

Can I check in online before arriving?-PAUSE

Yes—you can sign in from home via our patient portal for convenience

Do you provide on-site lab and imaging services?

Absolutely. We have in-house laboratory, X‑ray, and ultrasound services for quick diagnostics

Do you conduct drug, alcohol, or DOT tests?

Yes—we offer DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing, including pre-employment screenings

Which insurance plans do you accept?

While not all plans are listed on the site, they state they work with most major insurances. It’s best to call your location to confirm your specific plan.

Is there a self-pay option for uninsured patients?

Yes—reasonable self-pay rates are available. Please contact the office for details.

How long does it take to receive lab or imaging results?

If you haven’t heard back within 5 business days, please contact the office for assistance

Do you perform physicals (sports, work, school)?

Yes—we offer school, college, sports, general, and workplace physical exams

Who are the providers at each location?

Our Hobbs and Carlsbad clinics feature a team of eight providers, including physicians and nurse practitioners. Specific staff information is listed on the “Staff” page of the website
